As Beartooth gear up for their first ever Australian tour next month, they've dropped their new video for the song 'Afterall' from their latest album Disease (our review here) which features an alien, trying to find their way in this world, surrounded by others who don't get them.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the idea is a metaphor for how mental illnesses make you feel, alienated from the rest of the world while you're struggling in silence. We all know times get tough but as long as you know you've always got someone there to help you (on top of listening to music) then you should be ok to get through what it is you're dealing with.

If you or anyone you know needs help with their own mental well-being call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636 or find your closest Suicide Prevention/Crisis Support Organisation on Google…
