If you love Dallas Green but think Alexisonfire are a little too heavy for your liking (ummm ok) then feast your ears on his latest offering through City and Colour called 'Astronaut' which is a soothing, melodic anthem for your listening pleasure. The bonus? Its bloody 6 minutes long so you won't be getting sick of it anytime soon!

On the new track, Dallas said it's about his relationships that haven't worked out because of him constantly being on the road as a musician stating:

I’m always gone, wandering around and singing songs. However, it weighs on my family and friends. I’m asking for ‘one more year’. I left home at 21 to go play my guitar. It’s lonely, but it’s because I yearn to wander. I’m aware of how lucky I am.

Is there anything this bloke can't do that's not addictively good hearing? Probs not. But it's good to hear new tunes for the first time in four years!
