WAAX Unveil New Single 'I Am' + Australian Tour Dates
The ball is continuing to roll for Brisbane's WAAX following the shock departure news of their guitarist Chris Antolak last week with the announcement of their brand-spankin' new single 'I Am' which they're also going to be taking on the road throughout July.
Upon first listen, this sounds like new ground for the band with a more pop punk vibe throughout and frontwoman Maz DeVita trading her signature yells and screams for a more melodic approach, showcasing her range and the band's playing abilities. It works so well for the band and is no doubt going to be a crowd favourite at their upcoming shows across the country.
To celebrate they're hitting the road through August kicking off in Freo on August 8th before wrapping things up in Sydney on August 24th. Get your tickets via their website.
