Asking Alexandria's Danny Worsnop releases new blues/rock solo single 'Ain't Feeling Sorry'
Whether you can get into a musician's musical progression away from the genre you found them in first or not, you have to admit there are some really talented ladies and gents in the music industry right now, some of which go unnoticed, but for me, Danny Worsnop has been hit and miss. Outside of Asking Alexandria, I didn't get much into his stuff, but when we came roaring back to the band for their 2017 self-titled album, I was all fucking for it.

Now the frontman has released a new solo track which is bluesy, rocky and showcases this man's talent with both his singing, playing and songwriting abilities. Sure it's not all screams and melodic stuff, but the guy can play a tune that's catchy and captivating enough to draw you in.
Metalcore elitists probably won't dig it, but if you can put aside the heaviness for a moment and just listen, you may find yourself appreciating more than just heavy riffs and breakdowns... Think City & Colour or even Stick To Your Guns' Jesse Barnett and his solo project (Wish You Were Here) with a touch of blues and you'd be close to the subject matter.
The song comes from Danny's new solo album and if you can get into the sounds, you can get the album here
