All the rock acts worth your time at Splendour in the Grass 2019
The annual descend upon Byron Bay is coming up soon, you know the one where fake Instagram models pose at sunset instead of watching musicians play on the stage and it’s considered cool to be somewhere more so than enjoying acts on the lineup? Oh wait, that’s Coachella, not Splendour… either way, the 2019 Splendour in the Grass lineup has arrived and (like every year) we’re focusing on the heavier/rockier bands you should check out if you’re thinking of heading along to the three-day bender festival in July.
Featuring the likes of Trophy Eyes, Dear Seattle, Wolfmother, Slaves (Only Aus Show), Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, FIDLAR, Tropical Fuck Storm and, well that’s about it heavy rock music fans… unless you want to dabble in the likes of headliners Childish Gambino, Tame Impala or Chance The Rapper!?
There’s also a Mystery Oz Act but don’t hold your breath for a Powderfinger reunion. It’d be sick if Violent Soho took that slot…
