One of the best bands in the world right now released their latest album Holy Hell (our review here) amidst praise from fans and critics alike and now we’ll finally be able to see tracks from it live as Architects announced they’re heading back to Australia, playing some huge headline shows across the country (except Perth).
Our relationship with the Brighton boys has grown over the years they’ve been touring which have mainly been on support slots for bands like The Amity Affliction and Parkway Drive (not to mention a few festivals), but now with the band’s evergrowing popularity we’ll finally catch bigger shows where they are the main event. The last time the band graced us with their presence was 2018’s UNIFY Festival (where they played a special show which had to be seen to believed) as well as Adelaide for a makeup show which went fucking off.
The tour also features the first show to be announced at Brisbane’s newest live music venue, the Fortitude Music Hall located in the Fortitude Valley mall. Booker Mark Gibbons is keen as hell to showcase what they’ve been working on too it seems:
“We’re as excited as hell to have Architects be one of the first acts to scorch the stage of Fortitude Music Hall. The venue is going to be open to an incredibly diverse array of programming. Already we’re in talks with some of Australia & the world’s largest touring acts, as well as comedy, children’s shows & some very cool surprises,”
You do not want to miss out on this one, no supports have been announced just yet but stay tuned for more soon…
