It's a Christmas Miracle: Heroes for Hire are BACK (for a limited farewell tour)

We're getting pretty good at predicting things if we do say so ourselves, back in June 2017 we ran an opinion piece article on the Top 7 NSW Bands That Need A Comeback with pop-punk lads Heroes For Hire taking out the #6 spot. It was a long shot and never in our wildest dreams did we think they would ever regroup, considering the massive fight they all had towards the end of their careers together.

But, out of nowhere, it's been revealed the band will certainly be reforming for a string of East Coast Shows in December as part of the evergrowing AM/PM Emo Night parties which are gaining traction across the country. Frontman Brad Smith, guitarist/vocalist Duane Hazel and Lee McGarrity on drums will play through a set of songs throughout the band's impressive career which saw them travel Australia, overseas and even score slots on multiple Soundwave Festivals

Brad Exclusively spoke to the Wall of Sound: Up Against The Wall podcast (coming very soon) about the idea's real conception: because none of them got that real farewell tour most bands have when they call it quits:

"This was our chance to kind of kind of put it (the band) to bed and give it the goodbye that we all kind of want to do. It's more of a goodbye and finishing off a good time we had back in the day."

He also goes into detail about the fallout they all had back in 2013 and even offers a sneak peek for what's in store for fans of young and old. Keep your eye out for that episode really soon, you do not want to miss it.
