Deafheaven and Zeal & Ardor set to play EPIC Double Bill at Perth Festival in 2019

Damnnn what an announcement for Perth heavy music fans as both Zeal & Ardor and Deafheaven will be playing the annual Perth Festival in what's being dubbed as an Epic Double Bill.

The bands will perform at the event on February 22nd which will take place at Elizabeth Quay. Zeal & Ardor released their highly acclaimed album Stranger Fruit back in June which our reviewer describing it as being: "Grim, eerie yet enchanting, it emanates a certain charm and art-horror vibe which is not only captivating but also addictive."

The festival will also feature the likes of Nothing But Thieves who will perform on Feb 9th. Tickets for that show can be found here.

Now, considering the date of their Perth show is close to that of Download Festival Australia I'm going to come out and say that the chances of Zeal & Ardor and Deafheaven being on the second lineup announcement are pretty high, so we'll add them to our potential playing list in our Download Rollin Coverage here
