The Amity Affliction – UNIFY 2018 Interview & Photo Gallery

Back in January, we released our ‘Crashing UNIFYpodcast featuring interviews with a stack of the bands that played at this year’s event, but if you’re more of a visual kind of guy/girl then feast your eyes on this! We sat down with The Amity Affliction frontman Joel Birch to see how fatherhood has changed him, his thoughts on becoming a role model for those struggling with mental health issues and how fans have reached out to him and the band on a more positive level lately.

If you or anyone you know needs help with their own mental well-being call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636

Podcast host/Interviewer Browny also delves into Joel’s writing style and the pair chat about the band’s forthcoming album which apparently is “remarkably different” to anything they’ve done in the past.
