Yes, it's with a heavy heart we announce the legendary Slayer have announced their farewell tour. The band have dropped a video via Youtube which is largely light on the details, however it does make clear they will be exiting into metal god retirement after one final tour around the world.
It has been a turbulent time in the Slayer camp ever since the death of the late guitarist Jeff Hanneman. The band released Repentless afterwards which was met with a rather mixed reception from fans and critics alike.
We will be sure to let you know when tour dates for Australia are locked in so you can all reign in blood one final time.
