Over the years Australia has produced some decent quality bands who have stood against the test of time and filled our minds with memories of a time when life was much simpler and rock music was the mainstream. One of those bands were The Superjesus who are still floating about to this day and frontwoman Sarah McLeod joins us for Episode 21 of Wall of Sound: Up Against The Wall to chat about her new solo venture and the imminent return of her band of brothers who are hitting the road across Australia in 2018.
Join podcast host Browny as he heads into the early years of the band and discusses touring back in the day with the likes of Grinspoon, Killing Heidi, Frenzal Rhomb and Jebediah and what the band have planned for the 20th Anniversary of their album Sumo.
We also take a look at the American Idiot Musical and who is sharing the role of St Jimmy alongside Phil Jamieson next year + head back in time checking out throwback tracks from Silverchair, 28 Days, Veruca Salt, Happyland and The Living End.
