UNIFY - A Heavy Music Gathering 2018 Lineup Is Here

Australia's last surviving Heavy Music Festival UNIFY is coming back in 2018 with a vengeance and a lineup that will surely make your ears prick up in anticipation and we're pretty stoked to have called one of the headliners back in June which is going to be nuts.

The Amity Affliction will be celebrating 15 years next year and therefore will be playing songs throughout their entire career including albums like Severed Ties, Youngbloods and the High Hopes. Byron Bay's Parkway Drive will serve as the festival's second headliner and like Amity, will be playing songs from their extensive career including the 10th Anniversary of Horizons.

Joining the two Australian hardcore veterans will be ARCHITECTS, Stick To Your Guns, Four Year Strong, Hellions, Knuckle Puck, Make Them Suffer, Tonight Alive, Hellions, Behind Crimson Eyes, With Confidence, 50 Lions, Polaris, Knocked Loose, Belle Haven, Sienna Skies, Being As An Ocean, Roam, Cursed Earth, Void of Vision, Young Lions, Outright, Introvert, Dear Seattle, The Beautiful Monument, Save The Clocktower and Arteries.

Unify organisers also made it clear they acknowledged conversations following previous years festivities to include a much wider gender diverse line up and to be honest, they've done a pretty good job with it this year. Unfortunately their efforts copped some heated backlash from fans who missed the point of their exercise and our very own writer/photog Georgia Moloney summed up the ridiculousness in an opinion piece dedicated to Women in the Scene, check it out here.
