When a band catches your attention and pulls you in instantly upon first listen, you need to do what you can to help them out and spread the word and that’s exactly how we felt when Bare Bones’ debut album Bad Habits landed in our laps. From there we’ve witnessed the band score rave reviews for their work and even land themselves the support slot for Stone Sour‘s east coast tour (which kicks off this week) so instinctively we had to get frontman Tom Kennedy on Episode #7 of Wall of Sound: Up Against The Wall for a chat about the album making, their influences and the band’s history, which already includes some pretty impressive achievements. He’s also in a spot of bother after fracturing vertebrae in his back so will that have an impact in the band’s future shows?
Find out as your host Browny discusses all that while also taking a look at what Sam Carter from Architects did which landed him our “Legend of the Year” tag. There’s also throwbacks from The Damned Things, D.R.U.G.S and Killswitch Engage + New Music from Brand New, Stray From The Path and Stone Sour.
