A Day To Remember stream new song “Paranoia”
They were just here for the Big Ass Tour with The Amity Affliction back in December and they kept this great news pretty quiet while they were here but A Day To Remember have been busy working on some new material (FINALLY) and overnight we heard a sample of their latest work and holy shit its heavy and fast.
“Paranoia” premièred on Beats 1 in the UK and during the interview front-man Jeremy McKinnon stated to host Zane Rowe there’s no new album on the way:
“You’re acting like there’s some mystery album our there and I’m just telling you there’s not. We were in a room together writing some music, with no expectations and we’d be doing it for a few weeks and Kevin [Skaff] started playing this random riff and it kinda snowballed from there. We wrote it in one day!”
Adding his two cents guitarist Kevin Skaff laughed trying to add there were no album plans:
“We just have this song that we’re putting out for fun [laughs]. We’re kinda out just floating so we’ll see what happens.”
So take it with a grain of salt, we know these boys are capable of getting up to a bit of mischief from time to time so who knows what will just randomly “pop up” in the not too distant future.
Until then enjoy some brand new A Day To Remember to fill the void.
