The Amity Affliction release "Shine On" music video

Brisbane's The Amity Affliction have only just landed back in Australia following an extensive overseas tour before they kick off their Big Ass Tour with A Day to Remember, Motionless in White *UPDATE (The Ghost Inside have regretfully pulled out of the tour following their Bus Crash) but first they've got us fans in the mood for the upcoming tour by releasing the new video for their current single "Shine On"

The video depicts a modern day retelling of the Romeo & Juliet story with a couple who have been together since a very young age in a somewhat forbidden relationship, running away in their elder years following dramatic events in the boy's life with an abusive father.

The topic of abusive families and alienated siblings isn't new for The Amity Affliction who have a number of songs and music videos that have reflected the subject matter and offered a sign of hope to those going through similar experiences. Another fantastic video for the band to add to their ever growing list of releases. Stoked to see what these guys will bring with their new album scheduled for release next year.
