Melbourne’s The Getaway Plan have had a huge year, releasing their latest album “Dark Horses” back in July which peaked at #10 on the ARIA Charts which was the highest debut the boys have had and the first time they’ve cracked the Top 10.
They’re not stopping yet because minutes ago they just released the music video for the title track which was directed by London based Australian director Robert Crispe and is a black and white, slightly blurry concept which looks at times as if it’s shot from the perspective of someone wearing a balaclava. While the song itself isn’t as pumped up or energy filled as previous releases such as “The Reckoning“, “Where the City Meets the Sea” or “Shadows” the video kind of suits the mood.
I don’t know about you but I’m not the biggest fan of it collectively, but hey what would I know. Judge for yourself and let us know your thoughts!
The Getaway Plan have a few more shows this month before they wrap up their Dark Horses National Tour.
