New Parkway Drive song “Crushed” released

On September 25th we’ll finally get to hear the brand new album “Ire” from Byron Bay’s Parkway Drive. So far we’ve already heard their highly addicted song “Vice Grip” but now we can feast our ears on a new track called “Crushed” and it is as brutal as you were expecting.

Frontman Winston McCall explains:

“Lyrical this song deals with the concept of power and control that is the basis for modern society. We live in a time when the lives of the many are lived at the will of the few. Filter information and deceit are used as controls while we are told to fear and persecute rather than understand and sympathise. We have let the balance of power slip so far that a godlike will is able to be imposed upon the masses with little to now way of breaking the cycle.”

The official music video will be released tomorrow morning at 7am Australia EST time. Also, don’t forget to grab a ticket to their upcoming Australia Tour alongside Memphis May Fire, Thy Art is Murder and The Word Alive.
